Credit Controller (temporary position for 8 months)

Functie

Your responsibilities include:

Debt Collection:

• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers to secure payment.
• Work together closely with the Sales team to align efforts. Propose payment plans or alternative
• solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management if required.
• Contacting collection companies

Customer Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.
• Provide assistance and support to internal stakeholders regarding credit-related matters.

Credit Management:

• Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, manage the credit insurance status.
• Challenge credit limits and payment terms with the sales team

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collections status.
• Analyze payment trends and identify areas for improvement.
